Yes, it’s a new breed. The camera did that although there are Panda Shepherds that have one blue eye or both or other colored eyes. They are beautiful and wonderfully tempered . They are shepherds; but have a color mutation. UCLA at Davis, CA is doing a genetic study on them which should be out soon. As of now they are considered a rare breed. I also own shiloh shepherds which are a rare breed too.
