Eating any solid food?

Oh yes -- tuna sandwich, green salad, 1/2 a chicken, turkey sandwich, fruit salad, peanut butter and toast/crackers -- anything that I want.

One big problem that I have is I waste too much, so I will have to try to do better next week.  But I eat everything.  Today, the stores have the food in small servings and ready to eat (even though sometimes it seems to be too much food... I'll try to do better next week)

Just in case anyone ‘s wondering what ‘spittle geist’ is, it is related to the spittlefests we’ve endured during the obamanation wonderful Kumbaya world mystery tour, during which the obamessiah has subjected us to his spittlegeist (spirit of empty yet offensive rhetoric) reading from teleprompters what someone has written for him to deliver ... and it’s all laden with socialist crap, thus the spittlegeist of obamanation is socialist bilge spewing forth from the obamessiah.

"Spittlegeist" is the art of spewing spittle, I think. It's so COOL, I think. Really Chris Matthews-ish, to be sure.

Your daring in using a most unusual word earns you brownie points in our limerick rating system. In fact, just seeing the word "Spittlegeist" created a tingly feeling running down my leg.
