I disagree. Not about the other parts of the workout, of course, but what makes most of us think BS is that even workout warriors with big frames and clearly larger than Obama can have trouble with a 70 lb dumbbell (not barbell, which would be a cinch for many of us to do.)
It’s just not common and though sometimes wiry people can be quite strong, it just doesn’t make much sense that this dude can heft 70 lbs SEVERAL times with one arm.
Ten sit ups isn’t impressive, but 70-lb dumbell curls would be...if it were true, which it isn’t.
