4 Spitzer Aides Broke Ethics Law in Bid to Smear Rival, Panel Says

ALBANY — Four Spitzer administration officials violated the state’s ethics law when they used the State Police last summer to gather travel documents they hoped would tarnish Joseph L. Bruno, then the State Senate majority leader, according to a report released on Thursday by the State Commission on Public Integrity.

The report drew on 3,000 pages of testimony and thousands of internal documents, and depicts an administration on a war footing, with Gov. Eliot Spitzer seething over attacks from Mr. Bruno and eager to strike back.

It also describes an extensive — but ultimately fruitless — effort by the governor’s top aides to deny the commission e-mail messages and documents that could shed light on the administration’s actions last spring and summer, when internal discussions began about whether Mr. Bruno’s travels on state aircraft could pose a political problem for the senator.

Good that Spitzfong took himself out with his whoremongering ways, but there is much more about his loathsome life in politics that still needs to be exposed.

‘...scumbags should all be in jail.’

“All the Perverts men.”

Another sanctimonious phony—mad with power when he achieves it. Not to get too crazy, let the sleaze off. Even though he tried to throw whore-mongers in jail (when he was one) it rarely happens. I have a better idea. He is obviously driven to his pathology by being guilty/rich/overshadowed by sucessful father/driven to...blah, blah, actually ‘wanting to get caught’ (all the pressure ya know).

Take the bastards money, and let him earn an honest living, see how many thousand dollar whores and Gestapo/state trooper/bodyguards he can buy then.

No doubt the Panel recommended all Democrats be exonerated,
but the principles be used in the future —with brutal
punishment— if, and only if, a Republican is found to have
committed the same actions.
