CONCORD A federal judge dismissed Thursday a Nashua man's legal challenge that Republican presidential nominee-to-be Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., was ineligible because he was born in the Panama Canal Zone.

The U.S. Congress. They, and they alone, certify the result of what the Electoral College votes for. Until the Electoral College votes, no one really has "standing" to challenge a candidate, because you're really voting for electors, not the President directly.
We’re dealing with ‘the law’ here....logic doesn’t count. };^)
I’ve been following CongressmanBillyBob’s articles on the “Owners Manual” of government and have asked him to clarify this point. I’ll post his answer when I get it.

Hollander can’t read; and therefore, presented his case wrong. The judge doesn’t sound any too bright either.
McCain’s Certification of Live Birth states he was born in Colón, Republic of Panama, and not the Canal Zone.
But then, Hollander can’t read.

Had Hollander had a lawyer, maybe the lawyer would have pointed out McCains real birth country.
But then again, maybe not...No one seems to know how to read anymore.
I would guess that Hollander is most likely a Paul-tard.
