I am absolutely dreading the debates. I know that Obama hasn’t shown himself to be a competent speaker without having a teleprompter in front of him, but you can be sure that his massive campaign team and handlers know this and are rectifying that problem. He will be competent enough to not look like a stuttering fool by the time the debates come around. McCain’s words will make sense (for the most part) but will put people to sleep before they even hear them (and will someone please tell him to stop saying “my friends”).
So on national TV in front of millions of people who will be taking their first real look into the race, it will come down to a young, smooth talking, charasmatic candidate, debating an old, monotone, unexciting one. How do you think this is going to end?
Hey !Hussein, when didja start wearing that "Hearing Aid?"
I just woke up, read your remarks, and “dabnagit” I just watched, again, a speech between Kennedy and Nixon.
Sheesh!
I'm sure someone has, and he didn't listen--what if he doesn't care if he wins? It may be enough to satisfy his ego and his sense of spite towards the GOP base that he got the nom.
