True scientific method is to find the actual testable proof by rigorous experimentation and documentation and independent confirmation.
Since all data obtained via the senses is subjective, there is no way to know with certainty whether or not any “evidence” obtained via the senses ( e.g. through experimentation) bears any relation to an external objective reality. Our eyes and ears fool us all the time. For all we know “reality” is a dream.
Of course, we accept on faith that a reality independent of ourselves does exist. In the end, we must all simply believe in the Real World, for we certainly can’t “prove” that it exists. And since belief requires faith, we see that even the scientific method is in the end a system of thought rooted in faith.
And since we take the existence of the Real World solely on faith, it’s no less logical to take the existence of God solely on faith.
Are you an Olympic class expert on the INDEPENDENT PART?
LOL.
I’m curious, how many rigorous experiments have you ran?
Or, even,
how many quality surveys have you administered and analyzed?
