A distinct possibility, no doubt.

LOL.
I decided some time ago that folks were renting my brain, not my clothes.
Ever since, I’ve dressed pretty much as I felt was comfortable and utilitarian . . . all my shirts have . . . 8 pockets counting 2 deep internal business letter sized upper breast pockets.
And, most of my clothes are . . . drum roll . . . shocking surprise . . .
. . .
. . .
blue.
LOL.
But I’m a pick about pattern and color.

VERY WELL PUT.
Has it been your observation in life, or not,
that MOST folks who demand a tangible kind of proof . . . particularly from God . . .
tend not to get it?
Asking God for a foundation, reason for faith is different.
However, DEMANDING a proof to one’s arrogant specifications virtually never gets answered affirmatively, in my observation.

I’m noticing . . . that . . . as usual . . .
there’s a certain class of folks . . . that . . .
like the poor . . . we always have with us . . .
—Jesuits?
NO.
—Jungle gymnists?
NO.
—Jesters?
NO.
—Jackals?
NO.
Janitors?
NO.
Jaycees?
NO.
Joggers?
NO.
—Jackarses?
CLOSE.
—Jocks
NO—but very close.

I dont have a lot of motivation to try and prove anything to some folks who seem hell-bent on swimming in thick blackness.

Chronically true.
Particularly in some lives . . . particularly at some stages.
And some, seemingly terminally so.
LOL.
Been there, done that.

All these UFOs and aliens you believe in. Are they:
a. Interplanetary
b. Interstellar
c. Intergalactic
d. Interdimensional
e. Interrealm (spiritual vs physical)

Probably all of the above.
I think AT LEAST Interrealm—spiritual vs physical.
A number of folks seem to think interdimensional.
Certainly a LOT of folks (close to happenings in the shadow gov) are CONVINCED, BELIEVE that they are a, b, & c. But that doesn’t make it so.
They are acknowledge to routinely lie, lie lie.
Given their liar father . . . that shouldn’t be surprising.

All the while being so deliberately blind . . . that once the level of signs they demand are daily . . . they will be well and sold down the river . . . worse than up a creek without a paddle.

I'm not so sure that all scientists would go along with what you're saying, that they're pursuing their career(s) through
idealism instead of
realism. (James Hansen, the U.N.'s liason/shill to NASA, and all the other global warming scammers are of course prominent exceptions).
Though the human mind can think philosophically, for it's own good, and for the continuation of the species, it had better make reality the primary way of viewing the world, lest you walk in front of a truck, or sing Kumbaya to an ET that's leveled a blaster at you. ;)

any evidence obtained via the senses ( e.g. through experimentation) bears any relation to an external objective Of course it does. The relation might be the null set, but that is a relation.

Im curious, how many rigorous experiments have you ran? Or, even,
how many quality surveys have you administered and analyzed?
One can ask you the exact same question.
There's no question that rigid scientific analysis is not your forte', so the focus would have to be on your "surveys". I'd like to see one, so see how the questions might be loaded.

Heard Mitchell on Coast last night. It was an interview he gave in Sept. Got to say he was more coherent than most at any age—sharp as a tack. He mentioned information science as part of his dyadic system, and quantum physics and intuition and many other topics from his theory of mind and UFOs. Can’t argue with all that.
