I guess the illegals were just doing jobs Hawaiians won't do. Honolulu is covered with graffiti, which I've never noticed much of, so this is probably a much larger problem.

Lovely - Hawaii was one of the dwindling number of places a normal American teen could find a minimum wage part time job.
