The best and cheapest thing to do with this waste is mix it with cow manure and compost it for 6 months and sell it to farmers for soil building. The only energy input is the fuel to run the tractors that are needed to turn it and load it. I have a friend doing it on a smaller scale but he makes money on both ends, once when they pay him to dump the waste and again when he sells the finished product...
