Having had experience with the TALD (Tactical Air Launched Decoys), it seems to me that all that is required is to put radar reflectors on small cruise missiles and saturate their systems. If they fire all of their multi-million dollar S-300s, etc. knocking down cheap decoys, they will be out of arrows and it won't matter what their radars see. In fact, I rather like the idea of them getting a nice clear picture of the strike package coming in, after they've fired off their last round.

They'd probably insist on a Ram-Dama-Ding-Dong holiday "bombing pause" and then reload.

Pretty much what happened with North Vietnam, Christmas time 1972.
