I think Kelsey plays the president in this movie “Swing vote” that is coming out soon. The uncharismatic Kevin Costner plays a guy whose one vote will decide the whole election. I saw something about this movie. Wasn't that the gist of an old Popeye cartoon? Talk about lack of originality...
