of course the photos are photoshopped! I was on that island the same time the good doctor was.....very interesting.
The second picture is aggressively photoshopped.

The first one, copied into powerpoint and viewed at 400% would suggest it has also been photoshopped. The hair against the sky just doesn’t look right.
