I flew in the Zaire Airlift in 1978. Will never forget the image of our jets landing in the jungle at Kamina with the American Flag on their tails. I was so proud to be an American that day.

I flew a few times on those C-141’s, and yes...there WAS something about that flag painted on them that made you proud to be American.
I was there at Andrews AFB when they flew some of the POW’s back, and I can tell you...as a 15 year old kid, I was damned proud to see that C-141 taxi down the runway in their white and gray MAC color scheme, with that flag painted on them.
It means something, and that is something liberals do not understand.
