Let’s all keep pushing for all the pro-life laws we can, every state. Never give up, never ever give up, etc.

The original Roe v. Wade decision actually suggested that states could operate without any laws at all that had the slightest impact on abortion.

The idea was that the states should regulate abortion no differently than any other medical procedure, or NOT AT ALL through the simple expedient of not requiring it be performed by folks licensed to be physicians.

So far no one has tried the NOT AT ALL option, nor will you find the ghoulies at Planned Parenthood embracing the idea.

Still, by exempting the practice from all laws and regulation and allowing just anyone to do it, it will be almost instantly eliminated in that state.

Some folks may not have read through Roe v. Wade criticall before ~ time to do so. See what it legalizes.
