It is so. There are people who are not redeemable, who will only continue to kill in prison, who have no conscience.

Then there are people who celebrate with joy when such a person is let free to kill again. They celebrate the very killing itself.

Examples are nice, but we can’t make the appropriate examples of these people. I am partial to information to be used for killing (or blackmailing) more terrorists or terrorist supporters.

Gen. 9:6, part of the Noahitic covenant, which applies to all mankind. Interestingly, v. 5 is where we get the tradition of killing any animal who has killed a human:

“And for your lifeblood I will surely demand an accounting. I will demand an accounting from every animal. And from each man, too, I will demand an accounting for the life of his fellow man.”
