Obambi an intellectual? Who knew? Maybe what passes for an intellectual in certain circles, but he ain’t nuttin’ but a shyster. Yes, he is probably surrounded by semi-intellectuals, academics and such, and maybe he values intellectuals, unlike, presumably, the present POTUS, but he ain’t one. any more than, again, the present POTUS. Wrong premise.
Oh, and communist rulers themselves were no intellectuals, in fact in today’s post-communist Europe they are referred to with contempt as peasants from the dark ages, which is what most of them they were. Lumpenproletariat.

I’ve always thought it peculiar they call themselves “Intellectuals”, and “Progressives”. Self flattery for certain.
People mostly aren’t born idiots. These sorts receive training.
I agree, he is no intellectual. What academic works has he authored? What high level specialty has he pursued? He’s a lawyer, big deal. He wrote about himself, told us all about the drugs he took and how bad whitey is. Fine, that gets you to the Oprah level. Calling him an intellectual diminishes an already suspect class of people.
