I got to see it on Thursday 730pm in Miami and the movie was fantastic. Heath does deserve an academy award and Christian Bale was excellent. There's a scene where the Batman is lurking in a corner by the Gordon's house that seemed to be pulled right out of a comic book. The actor playing Harvey Dent was excellent as well and I am surprised no one is mentioning his performance. Superman 2 was a great movie I must agree but its time has passed and now The Dark Knight will be considered the best superhero movie ever made.

Good Art is ageless. S2 still feels like something human is at stake. Unlike this film.
