At n=infinity, then y=0 thus it is not correct to say you will never get there, it will just take infinate time. ;)

That reminds me of an old joke:
A mathematician and an engineer are taken to a room. On the opposite side of the room is an incredibly beautiful woman in sexy lingerie. The woman says, "I love smart men, so as soon as you come over to me, you can do whatever you want with me. There is only one stipulation: you can only approach me by going half the distance between us each time you move."
Immediately, the mathematician starts crying and the engineer starts drooling.
The woman asks the mathematician, "Why are you crying?" and the mathematician answers "Because I know that if I can only go half the distance each time, I'll never actually reach you! This is all just a big tease!"
The woman turns to the engineer and says, "Why aren't you upset?" The engineer replies, "Because I know that I'll never actually reach you, but I'll get close enough for all practical purposes!"
