thx... that's even worse. i guess i was just thinking about city people moving back to the city have a better chance of finding adequate housing with an idea where they want to live, than those moving in without a clue.My guess is, as another poster noted, these are immigrants both legal and illegal rather than white flight from the suburbs to NYC.
