I recall when Dubya flew in for Thanksgiving and all media could say was (a) he lied to sneak out of the country, (b) the turkey on his platter was “for show only”, (c) his appearance was a photo op, and (d) he didn’t leave the green zone.

They’re serving you and I and they’re more than entitled to their response.
I don’t believe that they’re ill-informed for appreciating the candidates’ visit.
