Olbermann has an enabler.
Dan Abrahms....self hating Jew
the cruelest attack would be to let him and his network know we think he is not good looking enough to be an anchor
LOL - right you are! Some people have a great inner beauty that influences the outer, you know?
Keith O is not one of those people.
The idiot cannot croak soon enough.”
The unfairness of life - only the good die young - to wit, Tim Russert. I’m NO msnbc fan, but Tim was a mensch. A good and fair man - the only thing worthwhile that ever came out of msnbc.
Days description of the McCain he knew in The Hanoi Hilton has plenty
of negatives: a loudmouth thats always playing to the crowd,
a braggart about his extra-marital affairs, etc.
BUT, having seen Col. Bud Day at a podium endorsing McCain in the
Iowa primary campaign...
if Col. Bud Day decides McCain is the guy to support...
hes the one for me as well.”
To your second point, yes, I quite agree - a high recommendation.
To your first - well, I don’t know about you, but I remember how ignorant we can be in our youth and hopefully, we learn, grow, and become wiser as we get older - AND, I’ve never been a POW - I think JSM should get some slack (much) here - everyone has different coping mechanisms. Remember that old Beatles lyric - “whatever gets you through the night”???
A friend of mine in the TV business told me that “Law & Order” was at the outset conceived as a very true-to-life crime drama with stories actually “ripped from the headlines.” The criminals and the victims initially reflected the demographic characteristics of those in real life.
The ratings for those first shows were terrible so L&O shifted to their ultimately successful format — heinous criminals drawn from the least likely backgrounds.
Catering to the biases of their audience, no matter how absurd, irrational or improbable proved to be a winner. Imagine that.
he has no depth perception - well, that’s quite obvious.
I just didn’t know about the childhood thing.
guess that explains it all, then? NO.
Obviously some conservative fools are watching Olberman or his ratings would not be sustained.”
WHY would you draw that conclusion? There are WAY too many liberals out there to begin with, and they watch keith o. regularly. I deal with them almost every day. One step at a time :-)))
Here’s mine:
Dear Sir or Madam,
This email is in response to Keith Olbermann’s comments concerning Colonel George E. “Bud” Day.
Colonel Day is the most decorated combat veteran alive today. Not only did he fight for Keith’s freedom, and yours, but also suffered for it in the Hanoi Hilton.
A “clown”? “The worst person in the world”?
I seriously doubt you, or Mr. Olbermann, are aware of Colonel Day’s accomplishments. I seriously doubt that if you did either of you would care. It is clearly obvious, to anyone who has ever watched a few seconds of Mr. Olbermann’s show, that he can only survive on hate speech and personal attacks aimed at anyone right of far left.
Mr. Olbermann is a vile little man that should be hosting a show in your “entertainment” lineup, maybe a game show. It might just boost his ratings.
If you cannot control yourselves to the point of showing some respect for the likes of Colonel Day, at least have the decency to say nothing at all.
Keith is a barking parasitical moonbat...
Nor is he fit to shine his shoes. What a moron.
Into the hundreds?? I don't think his family's that big -- my guess would be an audience numbering into the dozens.
Well said. Thank you.
NBC stands for Nuclear Biological and Chemical right? I don’t get it?
ping!
Fixed it....
The bastard can't see anything clearly....
In a sane world, Dueling would be legalized so a POS like Olbermann could be called into the street and dealt with.
A dueling society is a polite society.
So true, so true.
self ping for later read
I saw this and it made me furious. I waited until the end of the show to find an address to complain to, but the cowardly olberboy doesn’t give any contact info.
I sent an email to MTP and asked Brokaw if he approved of his colleague’s remarks. I’m sure I won’t get an answer, but I thought that was an appropriate email to use.
