Well, sometimes people do get unfairly accused of crimes when they didn’t actually do anything, so I can see the need for caution in general, but this is the most open and shut case I have ever heard of before. They should not have any trouble convicting this man of his crimes even if the victims never testified at all, because the police went to his house and opened the dungeon and saw everything. The testimony of the police who witnessed it would be enough.
Dead victims don’t testify either, and that doesn’t keep their murderers from being tried based on the evidence.
Everyone should have rights or do you believe in "guilty until proven innocent?"
You folks are scary, I won't be back.
You know the old adage about some rules....
I’d be happy to pull the switch on this man but I don’t think he’s up for the death penalty. Sometimes, you need to quit thinking about the “what ifs.” It’s NOT an American crime.
He can wait in peace now but an eternal torment of unspeakable severity awaits him before to long.
Thank you for the update.
