You can’t get a writing job a the NY Times unless you are a crack addict, a drunk or a pathalogical liar or a combination of the aforementioned.

Probably just the first one to admit his problem. I’d bet there are a number of the DBM who do the same thing. They have so much guilt and drown their sorrows in drugs and booze.

I second this motion.

This actually turns the noun, or is it an adjective, "second" into a verb, doesn't it? Or could it actually be an "adverb" now? oooooooohhhh...

“...he had a tough past and was plagued by crack and alcohol abuse.”

I get so tired of this crap. No one (especially the RAT/lib/socialists) ever takes responsibility for their actions. He got caught, so now the excuses begin — “Not my fault.” “I am an addict.” “The crack/alcohol made me do it.” “My mommy and daddy were mean to me.”, ad nauseum. ~barf~
