And if the Coffee shop was happy to provide it for having him around then it would be just a ‘perk’ of the job. But when he started demanding it, threatening to not do his job, and harassing barristas six times a day it becomes obvious what it really way, EXTORTION and PETTY THEFT from a corrupt and brainless thug in a uniform.

But extortion is nothing compared to the nightly assault that goes on down at booking/holding in many major cities.
And those wearing the uniforms, those working as lawyers, and those working as counselors are all aware of it.
With everyone on payroll being aware of the violation of basic rights and injury, they are leaving the cities open to a big lawsuit settlement.
