I had an uncle who lived to be 110 years old. My Uncle Sam (I kid you not). He told me the reason for his longevity is that he did everything they told him NOT to do when he was young...he smoked..he drank and he chased girls! He was quite the character.
He had two sons...they're still alive. One, a famous radio writer named Norman Corwin is going to be 100 this year and the other is 105, I believe. Here's an article from 2006 in the Washington Post about my cousin Emil:
At 103 Years Old, He Takes the Cake
This is about the great Norman Corwin:

No cancer or emphysema?
It must have cost him a fortune buying nicotine credits from nonsmokers over all those years...

I should say that your cousin looks pretty spry for his age, and I certainly hope he's still got a girlfriend. ;-)

Churchill was 90 when he died (born Nov. 1874, died Jan. 1965).

Imagine how long he’d live if he just upped it to 20 a day.

My grandfather used to smoke cigars by the barrel full. I can’t remember him without a stogie in his hand. Could get them cheap as dirt in Cuba back in the day. He was a chief engineer on a cruise ship that went to Cuba pre-Castro. He lived a long life. Used to drink a lot of good Cuban rum too. Died in his mid 80’s.

From the article:
"I don't feel my age. I've still the mind of a young man. But if I had the company of a good woman, I'm sure I'd feel 40 years younger in a flash."

Not only is he 100 years old, hes obviously enjoying it. That's it. You can really see it in his face, can't you?

The man’s genetic code needs to be studied! No really! This guy’s DNA is tougher than pine cones.
