About damn time.
When I debate global warming, I remind the other person about the heat wave of June-July 1980, when many cities, including New York, Chicago, Philadelphia, Kansas City, and Detroit had record high temps. of 115-120 degrees. I tell the other person that I don’t remember any of those cities being hotter than 105 degrees, since then. I ask how we can have global warming now but not have global warming when we were warmer. I haven’t found anyone who can answer.
