Interesting post. Equally interesting to me is that, if you take away the OPEC nations from the list, there's a strong inverse correlation between Muslim density and economic prosperity. I guess you shouldn't expect otherwise from a cult religion that wants to live in the Stone Age.

Dr. Williams acknowledges that Christian belief in the Trinity is "difficult, sometimes offensive, to Muslims".

I've seen other quotes by this guy and he seems to be Mr. PC for Great Britain. If I lived in GB, I wouldn't give a rat's a$$ what Muslims think because they sure as hell don't care what you think. Also, to devote an entire book (The Book of Swords) in your holy manuscript detailing your responsibility to kill or subjugate the "infidel", if I were a clergy member, I'd be working against that cult, rather than kowtowing to it.

“My new goal in life is to open a topless bar next to a mosque. It would be called the dog house. Anyone that brings a dog in gets the second drink free. The entire motif would be dog related.”

Be sure to put in a couple of BBQ pits that run 24/7, especially on Fridays.

OK, I’m severely decaffeinated and didn’t even SEE the last line of your post before I wrote.

Let me know where and I’ll be there for lunch.

Muslims are offensive to me, especially their desire to kill me because I’m a Christian.

Kinda ticks me off, too.

I’d eat there. Are guns allowed in the resturant? YES! ribs; lots of ribs. Lots of smoke too.

Dang I knew I would forget something!

Of course they are, as well as Bibles, anyone donating a koran (to be used for fuel for the fire gets a 10% discount.

I have yet to discover what isn’t “offensive to Muslims” . . . . . . . . . well, other than oppression, fear, murder, slavery, torture and rape.

As far as I am concerned, we can just keep on offending them because I refuse to cave to their tactics and appease these dangerous, murdering, thugs just so they won’t get mad at me.

I want’em mad. I also will not alter or change my life, religion or lifestyle to keep from offending them. Their existence on this planet is offensive to me!!

The Archbishop of Cantebury, Dr. Rowan Williams, has described key elements of the Christian Trinity doctrine as being offensive to Muslims.

Gee. Isn't that too bad.

Would someone ask this fool whether he thinks these "elements" are "offensive" to Jews, and why he doesn't seem to be quite as worried about offending Jews as he is about offending the Muzzies.

I think it was the other way round - some muslims opened a community center next to a pig farmer then had the gall to complain.

The Islamic world has declared war on every other form of religion in the world. They essentially destroyed the Zoroastrian religion in ancient Persia, so that only a ragged remnant remains in existence today in India. Zoroastrianism was the revealed religion that spawned the tale of the three Wise Men, or Magi, priests of the Zoroastrians, who read the signs and came bearing gifts to the child Jesus of Nazareth. Before there was a Christ, they believed.

Zoroastrians were Medes and various other non-Jewish tribes and ethnicities in the Middle East, who adopted and subscribed to a monothestic religion of a supreme being of goodness, Ahura Mazda, and his army of angels, who battled Ahriman and his horde of the Fallen, concepts that are surprisingly similar to those held by Christian theologists (or at least ones who take their vocation seriously).

There is reason to believe that Mohammed Ali was a student of the Zoroastrian religion, and was well acquainted with its concepts and tenets. Apparently, in middle age, he was overtaken by a peculiar madness and religiosity (sometimes seen in schizophrenic psychiatric patients) in which he began to see new meanings and “signs” in the existing texts, and decided that he was hearing the “voice of God”.

Only, to distinguish HIS version of “God”, he designated the Supreme Being as “Allah”, and went on the warpath to destroy all vestiges of the religion he had known from childhood. By extensively re-writing and re-interpreting the existing religious texts, and summarily destroying all those with which there were unresolved differences, a warped form of a monotheistic cult emerged. The text of the Koran, and the various hadiths which are based upon thae Koran, are the only religious texts still accepted by the Muslims. There is no room for compromise with any other religion.

Now everybody in the room is aware of how a cult like the Branch Davidians, of recent notoriety in Texas, or of the various Sangria and Voodoo cults of the Caribbean islands are looked upon by more traditional Christians. Yet those religions were more or less loosely based on Christianity. The same relation bears between Zoroastrianism and Islam.

The spread of Islam was at the point of a sword, and a choice given to those who yielded in combat: 1) accept Allah and Islam as your God and way of life, 2) submit to servitude (dhimmi) under the Noble Islamic Gentlemen Given Great Exceptional Respect, or 3) be summarily executed on the spot, preferably by decapitation, as it was then easier to mount the heads on pikes and further intimidate future conquests.

Bearded men with burning eyes. Now referring to the Zoraastrian religion, did Mohammed select Ahura Mazda or Ahriman as his model for Allah? One suspects the latter, as was predicted in the Book of Revelations and the writings of Nostradamus.

Barack Hussein Obama, Jr., the charismatic, messianic Magic Negro, scares the billy out of me. His “audacity”, and “impertinence”, together with vague information concerning his early childhood, generate a great feeling of forboding.

Jessie Jackson would be a better choice for Democrat Presidential candidate. Not much, but a little better.

Careful, you might offend them, and that is not allowed. Of course, they can be as offensive to you as they like, but that’s different.
