It was clear long ago that Obambi cannot function well without a script in a teleprompter. He is the political equivalent of airhead newsreaders like Katie Couric — yes he has acquired a celebrity cachet, and I’ll grant that he’s a fine speech-READER, but he performs poorly and makes fundamental gaffes when he has to do anything that’s not scripted for him.
