Good idea - I just hit my senators with the same.
Someone needs to wake up. Why on earth would we not harvest a resource as vigorously as possible when the price of that resource is at an all time high?
Hey - I just thought of a way to bail out the banks. Give THEM the oil leases. Haha. I bet they could sublet those leases for a mint. Two birds with one stone. ;-)
