Do not tamper with the futures markets. The markets create liquidity and provide critical price signals whether the participants take possession of the oil or not.
Stop holding scores of energy hearings – they have not done ANYTHING constructive, ever. Just get you and your colleagues out of the way and let the private sector do its job
