Well, I give you credit for standing up for a man you like. A lot of Freepers have been just hyperventilating about the fact that the GOP somehow owns my vote, and a few persist in the lie that a third party somehow gave us Carter.

McCain may have actually believed his own words, at that exact moment. Whether or not he did the next day, or a month later, or whenever, is another matter.

What, are you totally stupid? A man who says that he wants open borders and can control our borders at the same time is an idiot and pandering for votes. I will vote for this POS but only because I don’t want BHO in the WH. Other than that, I despise this sorry excuse for a presidential candidate.

All is vain: he won’t get five votes from that pre-committed Oprah’s Obama audience. He would have done as well to go to Dover, England, and like King Canute of old command the English Channel to cease its waves.

1.) What’s this about your butt-tocks?
and
2.) “McCain has been one thing, true and honest to every word out of his mouth.”
That’s `cause he’s driving the `Straight Talk Express’ choo-choo.
To wit:
“Comprehensive Immigration Reform”
On hand, we have to be firm; on the other, we must be flexible. So, we have to be firm and flexible. We must remain firm and erect, while at other times, limp and/or flaccid.
In other words, I’m talking about a form of tumescence—not hard or soft, but aroused and aware.
Anywho—the choo choo’s leaving so keep that valuable advice in mind. No turkeys were supposed to be harmed in the making of this message—as God is my witness I swear I though they could fly, and I approved this message.

A vote for Obama is a vote for Great Depression II, a Dow at 4000, socialized medicine, and a nuclear Iran.
That means I’m crawling over burning coals to vote for McCain. Can’t believe I just said that.

I’d get burned worse with Obama.

He admitted dropping the ball and has pledged to push for border security.
Unless he expects miracles in securing the border the first hours of his administration, he has hoodwinked you.
In other not-so-public venues, he has promised to work for
Comprehensive Immigration Reform (aka, McCain-Kennedy; aka, amnesty for illegals) during the first month of his administration.
It is almost certain that the borders will not be secured by then.
So, which commitment is McCain going to keep? Border security or CIF the first month of 2009?

all you McCain haters and Michelle Malkin can kiss my buttocksYou know, it really is possible to take an opposing view without whining and calling other people names.
I don't hate McCain. I hate his liberal policies and his arrogance toward those who don't agree with him.

Your voting for Obama’s evil white twin who mimicks Obama on every issue and refuses to run a winning campaign. Good luck with your post-election insanity treatments under Obama rule.

“It is almost certain that the borders will not be secured by then.”
But you’re leaving out that important part that should just fill everyone with supreme, unshakable confidence that the borders will be secured first: he plans to ask the border state governors to certify that the border is secure. So there.
Which is about like asking four pimps to certify that their neighborhoods are law abiding and prostitution free.

Your post # 57—excellent observation and spot on.
It’s the first time I realized that the governors of the states bordering Mexico are all Hispanderers.
Their states bear the brunt of the burdens illegals foist upon them, and they ask for more. Unreal.
