It is beyond me how anyone with a tiny bit of common sense cannot see this Marine was in a bad situation during a major mission, literally moving into the unknowns that represented the battle of Fallujah.
It is just so wrong that any of our Soldiers and Marines that had fought in this places under such perilous conditions should ever even be sequestered to answer questions regarding their past actions.
Can one imagine all the Marines and Soldiers on the Pacific atolls that had to burn out Japanese in caves using flame throwers and tossing grenades being put on trial for somehow not adhering completely to a current ROE.
These brave men have to live with their actions for the rest of their lives. It seems terrible enough a burden to have to think one killed someone on the fly that at the time posed a threat to oneself or ones platoon.

Bad enough that we sent these folks out to fight our foreign enemies, but to have them also fighting our home-grown ones without the support and tools they should have from our ‘Public Servants’ is vile beyond comprehension. Thanks for the updates, Red; hope you had a good weekend.
