This is a powder keg of race-related problems and monitoring or regulating this program would sadly bring accusations of targeting poor, blacks, and Hispanics as being less than honest when trusted to administer the pot of gold.

ACORN is being investigated in Pennsylvania by local authorities (Dauphin County). It seems an awful lot of Dems got registered to vote in the Harrisburg area and something smells fishy.
