Obiviously, the same way that we're "fixing" Global Warming^TM: Give other countries the authority to tax US Citizens via the UN, then give the money to China, add "Solar Minimum" regulations of various flavors to every conceivable industry and blame the whole mess on Bush.

That's how problems are fixed in these parts.
