His poor judgment kills a woman holding a baby and not held accountable but the book is thrown at him for shooting a chihuahua.

Huh? When did Ledger shoot a woman holding a baby? I know that Horiuchi did at Ruby Ridge, and the corrupt Clinton administration asserted federal authority over that case to remove it from the state court and then kill it in the federal court, but what does that have to do with Ledger's off duty dog sniping?

Oops! Got the two confused. My point is someone can get off Scott free shooting a woman holding a baby but you will be held accountable for dog sniping . Both agents showed poor judgment and should not handle a gun.
