It gotten to the point, that some blacks, in order to get in the media, now need to invent racism. Its a disgrace to the founders of the civil rights movement. That's what they fought against their entire lives.

This isn't new. Its been going on for at least 20 years. Every sense black identity was defined as fighting for equal rights, they have required racism to justify themselves.
