By the time that happens there will be no American oil companies. We'll have to contract foreign oil companies to do it for us. We won't have the technology. (a bit of hyperbole, but US oil companies are moving major business operations out of the USA and to Dubai.)
If it were me, I’d have to strongly consider moving shop to someplace like Dubai as well. Go where you’re wanted. Don’t go where you’re not wanted.
