I don't get it. Greedy lenders made bad loans to stupid buyers who couldn’t afford the payments or flip the house like they had hoped. So for reasons I don't understand, I'm supposed to pony up for these private transactions that were founded on simple greed. Come on, John. It's their poo, let them clean themselves up.

In my area we had slimey realtors hooked up with lenders who were even more slimey.

The realtors actually advertised they would get buyers financing at 110% or more and guaranteed the buyer would walk out of closing with $50k - $75k. And they did it.

Houses were selling for much more than the asking price and he overage was somehow ending up in the pockets of the sellers, lenders and buyers.

They financed people who bought houses selling for two and three times more than they could actually qualify to purchase and the buyers walked out of closing and bought new boats, Hummers, RVs for cash.

Complaints were filed and the state, the realtors board, etc. investigated but found no wrongdoing!

Now the government will take money extorted from us, our kids and grandkids to bail out these shysters.

It doesn't matter which pack of sleezy greedheds get voted in or out - they will always bail out their wealthy friends and supporters at our expense.
