If you have read anything about this case, you'd know that there was NO evidence pointing to anyone but the Ramseys. No footprints (in the snow), motive, and even the ransom letter had Patsy “written” all over it. I am not convinced that this prosecutor knows anything.

The snow was not waist-deep as the police led you to believe.

In fact, it was not even 3 inches deep.

In fact, the yard had large snowless patches and there was NO SNOW just outside the window or on the sidewalks.

Thus, no footprints were left by the killer.

You don’t know much about it either. The “no footprints” in the snow was debunked in around 1998. There was no snow in quite a few areas around the house. The local media went back and reviewed the tapes and noted this. The original reports were wrong. I’d say that unknown male DNA on her is also evidence pointing to someone other than the Ramseys. Not saying that it was certainly not there, but there remains reasonable doubt. Very sad.
