Looks like New York's 24th congressional district will seriously be in play.
This was Sherwood Boehlert's district and Arcuri is the first Democrat to represent the district in a century.
Anyone know anything about Richard Hanna, the Republican running?
PS. The Utica Observer-Dispatch has picked the story in the past.
