Not to sound insensitive toward the boys’ mother, who I’m sure has had a really rough time — but young men who presumably speak very good English and who’ve spent four years being trained at a radical madrassa? Do we really want them back in the U.S.? I guess as long as they’re watched, maybe that’s better than them sneaking back at a time of Al Qaeda’s choosing.

For the life of me, I cannot understand why any woman would want to marry into that religion. My opinion of her actions shall remain unspoken, but it’s not very high.

What else did she expect?

If they really don't want to be there, and they speak the language (or languages), we can really use their help!
