Supermodel Christie Brinkley's hubby Peter Cook is a deviant who repeatedly ignored warnings to stay away from teen Diana Bianchi. Southampton Village Police Officer Brian Platt recalled his first encounter with Cook, who has since admitted to hiring, pursuing and eventually bedding Bianchi. Platt told Brinkley: "That bas**** husband of yours is having an affair with my teenage daughter and he won't stop. I warned him twice and he won't stop." Brinkley has a 10-year-old daughter with Cook, and an 11-year-old son he adopted. She filed for divorce shortly after Platt's revelation. Cook, 49, gave Bianchi, now 22, $300,000 to keep quiet. Cook's lawyer, Joe Tacopina, also asked Platt to sign a confidentiality agreement, but the stepdad refused. Cook also allegedly emailed Bianchi encouraging her to lie. But Bianchi was subpoenaed, and details of the affair were shared on the stand.

Good thing Bianchi was subpoened since NY law negates confidentiality agreements.
Cook could get nailed bigtime if he used emails in the furtherance of wrongdoing.

So the “silence” Cook bought for $300,000 to Diane Bianchi is null and void under NY law?
So she tells her story on the stand and gets to keep the $300,000? Wow, I fear that this is the creation of a monster.
And to all you arrogant, married men in NY I say beware. Beware of the 18 year old monsters you are now emboldening.
This guy Cook is looking worse and worse with each passing day. I don’t see how he expects to win custody from Christie. I’m sure he will try and sully her with stories of her extravagance which no doubt will be true to some extent, but he’s a loser no matter how you cut it.
He isn’t going to win this case.
If she was extravagant, it’s probably her money. And hey, she didn’t spend $300,000 on a piece of *** so he’d be REALLY stupid to try that line of reasoning!!
He even *looks* like a child molesterer. His head is wrong: subtly wrong, but unmistakably wrong.
This story should serve as a Warning to fathers of daughters everywhere. Know where your daughter is, and who she is with, and who is interested in her. Always.
And if you don’t like her older boyfriend, there is probably a good reason why. So round up her brothers and uncles and cousins and pay the creep a social visit.
Warn him to stay away. Once.
The real question is, who got a better deal for his money, Cook or Eliot Spitzfong? /s
I take it Christie Brinkley is available now?
It sounds like the relationship didn’t begin until she was over 18, and a legal adult.
Cook might have been a sleazeball for dating an 18 year old when he was 45, but it doesn’t sound like he did anything illegal.
Her father was completely in his rights to confront Cook and tell him to take a hike, but neither the girl Diana or Peter Cook were under any obligation to end it.
He’s an adulterer and she’s a golddigger, but other that that, this is all just National Enquirer type gossip.
She endorses some exercise equipment, but essentially her income has evaporated as she has grown older.
She has kids to raise — and with no income. Husband hunting — a husband with money — is something she has to do and I’m not even sure it can be called gold digging. It’s just what is required. How many of you have seen ex wives of doctors remarry truck drivers?
“What a drag it is getting old...”
Yes, if the person is subpoenaed.
I tend to have a thing for older women who know what they want :D.
Yeah, that is a good question.....but very subjective.
Depends on how big the bang was for the buck (snicker).
I can’t believe dad didn’t mop the freaking street with this spineless juvenile pretty boy/predator.
What are you, brain dead? He met her in a toy store. What the hell do you think was happening for those three years before she turned 18?
Libertarians = perpetual denial.
OMG——look-alikes.
Maybe Cook’s offspring from am earlier life——or maybe he’s a sperm donor?
If he's on record as telling her to lie under oath, that would be prosecutable. ..........using emails would compound the wrongdoing.
