Obama will give his generals the strategic mission to lose the war, then allow them to formulate the exact tactics to do so.
At what point do the generals obey the Constitution or their commander in chief? They have taken an oath to defend the constitution of the United States of America against enemies of the United States both foreign and domestic, as does their commander in chief.
If they must chose between the orders of the commander in chief or the Constitution, I pray they honor the Constitution.
