The Federalist papers must be read and considered along with the Anti-Federalist papers to get the full original content and meaning of the Constitution.

Yes, the Anti-Federalist Papers are worth bolding for emphasis since they are just as important as the Hamilton/Jay centralized government perspective. BTW, Madison changed from Federalist to more Anti-Federalist by the time he became President.

Let's not forget that the Bill of Rights were a concession granted to the Anti-Federalists as a condition of their ratification of the Constitution.
