"It's been widely reported that – win or lose – the Obamas have promised their two daughters a dog after the presidential election.
Um, no. Not "the Obamas"--just Michelle. A few weeks ago Obama said he wasn't sure the girls were old enough or responsible enough to take care of a dog, and his charming wife instantly and publicly shot him down in a very emasculating way, saying "Don't listen to him. You're going to get a dog." He laughed. Apparently he has been gelded and doesn't mind his wife making him look like a fool in public.
It's going to be a looooong four years.
