I’ve read a great deal of the Tanner’s material. They don’t use subterfuge and trickery to make thier case against Mormonism. They use Mormonism itself, it’s teachngs and it’s history.
So, Mormons register every domain that even has any passing resemblance to Lighthouse Ministries, and make it a parody of the ULM website.
Looks like Mormonism can’t defend itself from the truth, so they use subterfuge to hide.

Have you studied the allegation to the original documents, and surrounding pertinent documents, and compared that to what the Tanners say, or do you have faith that what they say is true?

If all you read is what they and their echo chambers produce, you are not going to have the weaknesses of their their work pointed out to you. They are not so solid as you think, they are just good at making you think they are so good.

According to anti-Mormons Carl Mosser and Paul Owen (who produce works far more scholarly than the Tanners), Mormons are doing a better job of defending itself than Evangelicals are doing in attacking us. (http://www.cephasministry.com/mormon_apologetics_losing_battle.html) Sites like FairLDS and the FARMS etc. do an excellent job.
If a couple Mormon guys decide that on top of that they want to toss anti-Mormons a small fraction of the mockery they heap on us, it is their right to do so whether you think it is in bad taste or not.
