Back during the prez campaign of 1984 the great Jules Pfeiffer did a cartoon with a character in white tie and tails tap dancing and singin Puttin' on the Fritz.
- Do you long for good old days
- When Jimmy kept us in a haze
- Just pass the grits; puttin' on the Fritz.
He did more of the song but it will take me a while to remember the other words.
