Private Life: Not seen with women for 30 years... The reporters “know” all of this background seem to have the credibility of TMZ reporters. They comment on his dating of females...reminds me of info that McGreevy (NJ) used to hang out strip clubs. Wouldn't be the first FL Governor who liked men, Lawton Childes had similar rumors.

Public person: How convenient that reporters were on the scene of this very private moment with all of the background info ready for a newscast/print hours later on the same news day. May be Crist had an Engagement Consultant. A three day weekend - holiday to boot! The supposed wedding will take place after the election and will be as real as Michael Jackson's.

Question: How can these politicians betray their true self to get elected yet NOT do a few simple things such as immigration enforcement, support a strong defense, keep taxes down, and permit the drilling of domestic oil.

Answer: We let them off the hook. We accept their little lies in their private and public life.
