Last week, changes were made to the bill that Brian Johnston of the California Pro-Life Council calls bell and whistle amendments that looked good but did not remove the significant concerns pro-life advocates have with the bill. I can't say I'm surprised.

. . .and voluntary stopping of eating and drinking as legitimate means of pain control. . .Then by all means, lets do away with all the food banks, food donations to third world countries, and monetary donations to help provide clean water systems throughout the world.
If withholding of food and water eliminate pain, then we'd be doing everyone a favor by not feeding them and giving them clean water to drink . . .
